Balanced Landing is a unique perk belonging to Nea Karlsson. It was added to the game on 18 August 2016 in patch 1.1.0 as part of the The Last Breath Chapter.

Your agility is incomparable.
After falling from a height, cat-like reflexes reduce your stagger duration from falling by 75% and reduce the volume of grunts from falling by 100%. You start sprinting at 150% your normal running speed for a maximum of 3 seconds.
Causes the Exhausted status effect for 60/50/40 seconds.
Balanced Landing cannot be used while Exhausted.
Exhausted prevents Survivors from activating exhausting perks.

Changes:
- Buff Now muffles grunts from falling by 100% while not Exhausted
- Nerf Stagger reduction is no longer granted when Exhausted
