Descriptions & Patch Notes

The agony of one is inflicted on others.

When hooking a Survivor, all other injured Survivors suffer from the Hemorrhage and Exhausted status effect for 45 seconds.

Blood Echo has a cooldown of 80/70/60 seconds.

Exhausted prevents Survivors from activating perks that cause Exhausted.

Hemorrhage regresses healing progress when not healing, and increases blood trails left by injured Survivors. This lasts for a set duration or until healed.
