Head On is a unique perk belonging to Jane Romero. It was added to the game on 19 March 2019 in patch 2.6.0 as part of the Demise of The Faithful Chapter.

When your mind is set, there better be no one standing in your way.
While standing in a locker, for 3 seconds, the perk activates.
While the perk is activated, performing a rushed action to leave a locker stuns The Killer for 3 seconds if they are standing within range.
Causes the Exhausted status effect for 60/50/40 seconds. Head On cannot be used while Exhausted.
You do not recover from the Exhausted status effect while running.

Changes:
- Quality of Life Added a timer on the perk in the in-game HUD to indicate how soon the perk will be ready for use

While Head On is activated, perform a rush action to leave a locker to use Head On. If The Killer is standing within Head On's effective range, The Killer is stunned for 3 seconds.

Head On cannot be used while Exhausted.
You do not recover from the Exhausted status effect while running.
Head On cannot be used when you have idle crows.
Exhausted prevents Survivors from activating exhausting perks.

- Nerf Can no longer be used if you have idle crows
