Overcharge a generator by performing the Damage Generator action. The next Survivor interacting with that generator is faced with a difficult Skill Check. Failing the Skill Check results in an additional 3/4/5% loss of progress.
Succeeding the Skill Check grants no progress but prevents the generator explosion.
After Overcharge is applied to a generator, its regression speed increases from 75% of normal to 200% of normal over the next 30 seconds.

- Buff After Overcharge is applied to a generator, its regression speed increases from 75% of normal to 200% of normal over the next 30 seconds
- Note Regression speed was nerfed from the PTB - it was 100%-400%
