Shrine of Secrets

The Shine of Secrets makes the character specific Unique Perks available for purchase which avoids needing to own or level the associated character(s).

Perks can be purchased with Iridescent Shards which you gain by playing the game. The cost of each perk tier is usually 2000 Shards.

The Shrine changes each week on Tuesday at 15:00 UTC (usually, during Anniversary events it changes daily instead and the Iridescent Shard cost is reduced).
