Hoarder is a unique perk belonging to Twins. It was added to the game on 1 December 2020 in patch 4.4.0 as part of the A Binding of Kin Chapter.

Descriptions & Patch Notes

You protect what little you have and are attentive to any disturbance of your stockpiles.

Survivors reveal their location when they interact with a chest or when they pick up an item within 32/48/64 meters of your location.

The trial begins with up to 2 additional chests in the environment.

Changes:

  • Buff Increased the distance at which Survivor locations are revealed from 24/36/48 meters to 32/48/64 meters
  • Nerf Removed the stipulation that it decreases the rarity of items found in chests

You protect what little you have and are perceptive to those rummaging through your stockpiles.

Receive a loud noise notification when Survivors interact with a chest or when they pick up an item within 24/36/48 meters of your location.

The trial begins with up to 2 additional chests in the environment. The rarity of items found in all chests is decreased.
