No Mither is a unique perk belonging to David King. It was added to the game on 27 July 2017 in patch 1.6.0 as part of the A Lullaby for the Dark Chapter.

You are affected by the Broken status effect for the duration of the trial.
Your thick blood coagulates practically instantly.
- You don't leave pools of blood.
- Grunts of pain caused by injuries are reduced by 25/50/75% at any time.
- Your recovery speed is increased by 15/20/25% and you can completely recover from the dying state.
Broken prevents Survivors from being healed.
